Cottages 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 11, 12, 13, 14, 17, 18 & 19, AND their SUNDECKS are designated as SMOKE FREE units.

Our two Vacation Home Rentals (# 17 & # 18) are available for YEAR-ROUND rental!

Additional rate for extra people above those included in base rate:
Age 11 - adult: $15/day, $90/week.
Age 10 and under: $10/day, $60/week
Pack 'n Plays, cribs and highchairs furnished free of charge, based on availability.
One 14' Aluma Craft boat or dock space for your own boat included in cottage rental. MN sales tax is added to all rentals.

Weekly Saturday reservations:
Check-In 4:00pm , Check-Out 9:00am

Earlier check-in times may be available for shorter stays.
Please check with us.

Memorial/Labor Day Weekends:
Check-In 12:00 noon Friday, Check-Out 4:00pm Monday

Deposits and Cancellations

• All reservations require an advance deposit.
• Deposit will be reapplied to a future reservation (within a one-year time frame) to the same guest, for cancellations made more than 8 weeks prior to scheduled arrival date.
• Deposit will be forfeited for cancellations made 8 weeks or less prior to scheduled arrival date.
• We will make our best effort to re-rent cancelled cottages, however, if we are unable to do so, guests will be held responsible for full payment on confirmed reservation period.

Reservations

• Weekly reservations run from Saturday to Saturday.
• Guests are responsible for the entire length of their confirmed reservation.
• The full amount of your reservation must be paid even though you may leave early.
